My Story
Hello I have a bit of a story to tell.
I work part-time in a job that is physically and mentally demanding, and I'm finding it harder to do each year. And because of the weird hours I've worked in the last 20 years I don't have a big social network. So when I'm not working, I'm at home. Added to that, retirement is getting closer and closer, but I know that my superannuation is not going to see me through my old age.
So, what can I do about it? Well little did I realise that I made the first step in the right direction four years ago. I decided to do something for me as a hobby. I intended to only use it as a means to just pay for my own purchased. I'd done direct sales before and I understood how that worked. But previously the way I was pushed to do cold messaging put me right off turning it into a business.
Now, I've changed, my situation has changed. I'm still the same quiet introvert that I was years ago, but now I want that business. I want to be able to retire from work financially secure, and I want to go and meet new friends over coffee. And now I understand what my why is! I have grandkids and I want to be able to help them get a better start in live.
